Judge at the Telkom Hackathon (KZN)
I make it my mission to stay twenty steps ahead, bringing foresight and strategic momentum to every collaboration.
My leadership journey began with a passion for environmental activism. From a young age, I sought opportunities to make a difference—speaking at international conferences, representing my country at global science fairs, and learning that influence is earned through conviction and service. Over time, my focus evolved from advocacy to empowerment, guiding others to find their own voice in STEM and innovation. My MBA strengthened my belief that effective leadership lies at the intersection of strategy and empathy. It taught me that meaningful change is born not only from bold ideas, but from the courage to implement them with integrity. I have since devoted my career to bridging technology, business, and social good—translating complex data and technical skills into solutions that drive both economic and human progress. Being named among the Top 15 Young Geeks in Africa (2025) and nominated as one of the Top 100 Most Influential Women in Tech (2024) are milestones that reflect a commitment to purposeful innovation. Beyond accolades, I authored a guide to help others enter the tech space—because leadership, to me, is about creating pathways for others to rise.
What may be perceived as ambition is, in truth, sustained passion in service of a greater cause. I lead with curiosity, humility, and resolve—always striving to build environments where people, profits, and the planet can thrive together.

My technical leadership philosophy is rooted in service, ethics, privacy, and purpose — blending the structure of ITIL, the integrity of King IV, the humanity of GDPR, and the foresight of strategic budget stewardship. I believe technology must create measurable value while protecting dignity, nurturing trust, and advancing sustainability. Through this lens, my work explores how responsible innovation, data governance, and human-centred design can coexist — building digital systems that serve both people and progress.
